Week 3 complete

I did it! Run 3 was pretty tough, more so than the other 2 runs this week. There were a few more people out and about getting their daily exercise and I think I ran a little too quickly as I didn’t want to look like a knobber doing my Captain Slow running. I was knackered on that last 3 minute run. Lesson learnt: It’s okay to look like a knobber 👍🏼

Cobblerunner your own speed is your best speed, and any speed is better than sofa surfing with a bag of crisps and a Netflix boxset 🙂

Great job... and yeah, when you go a little to quick it gets tough... you were tougher though so be very proud of yourself. Every runner out there started somewhere... we all understand how it was then... we don’t ever judge, just encourage when we see a C25Ker out there in the wild.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 3, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 4, just take all the runs slowly, that way you should not look like a knobber, whatever that is. 😊

#run like the snail 🐌. Had a family with baby and dog pass me, twice.

😂 That’s amazing! And yes we have a lot to learn from snails 🐌
