Very happy to complete Week 3 and found today's run much easier than run 2, I went out slowly and steadily and increased my pace slightly in the final 3 minutes. Onwards and upwards!!!

well done, sounds as though you're doing ok
I am, however like so many others a 20 minute run in about 2 weeks seems impossible!!!
You WILL be fine, most of us have had that worry but the truth is every run strengthens your legs just that bit more preparing you for the next run
You just have to remember to take it slow and steady
