W5R3 - Evening Run

Jacqui_tries_again50 profile image

Did it! Carefully this evening, avoiding other people and running around them on paths and the road. I did want it to end but it was OK. Just went with the music, did 4k in the end, so I guess I need to get faster in the next 4 weeks. YEAH!!! 20 mins running

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done.

There is no need to get faster. Graduation requirements are that you do three thirty minute runs, preferably in a week. Less than thirteen percent of graduates who responded to a poll on this forum, managed to run 5k in 30 minutes during the plan.

Stay at an easy conversational pace to avoid injury.

I've got that run this morning, I run slow anyway, just hope I can keep going, well done you !!

Well done and do take great care to stay well away from any folk you pass...make sure you have a good distance between you.

Stay safe as on you go.xxx

Wow that’s impressive! I did that same one today and was so pleased I did 2.8k in the 20 mins. Until I read your post! Guess I need to go faster !! 😊
