After dreading this run since the end of week 4 yet going out this morning quietly hopeful. I did it!!! Yeaaaaaaah!!
I feel like Liam on Bake Off!
Really struggled around 5 minutes in and then again around 12 but otherwise seemed ok ish! I just kept telling myself that I could not come back to this forum and admit that I did not do it this morning ... thanks for running with me and keeping me going.
Roll on Monday.

Its actually the first week where I have managed all 3 runs ... normally I fail on the first run and then am OK. Strange!! Onwards and upwards ... keep on going ... my legs were giving in part way through but after I told myself I was not giving up they stopped hurting!
Congratulations, you'll be wearing a big grim all day long now, you've earned it so enjoy it.
Here's a little thing to keep throwing around in your head:
If I can run for 20 minutes, I can run for 25,
If I can run for 25 minutes, I can run for 28,
If I can run for 28 minutes, I can run for 30.
W5R3 unlocks the rest of the program for you, you break the mental barrier that YOU think you can't run for that amount of time, you've just proven you can.
