So after a busy few days exercising I thought I’d have myself a #lazymorning & run this evening.
So did half hour workout at 10:30 then social distance visited family. So the plan was to run this evening- yes great 👍🏻 motivation was still strong so off I went 🏃🏽♀️My only issue was I wasn’t planning on having to #woosah myself whilst running to cope with the awful smell of chicken poo 🐓💩🤢 oh crikey it was bad 🙈🤣

Tbh I’m terrible with smells 🤭🤢 I was loving the sunset & happy it was so quiet! The farmers fields near us use chicken 💩🤢 I really wasn’t expecting to deal with that 🤣🤣 #notemade
My dad would say it was a healthy natural smell... that’s what he used to tell me anyway. These days he drives around with the windows up and air con filtering it all out!
I can’t stand petrol fumes when I’m running... so usually run off-road. I’ve been road running during lockdown due to my usual haunts being full of covidiots. At some point the traffic will be building back up, and my off road runs will still be too busy... I guess I’ll have to deal with it for a while!
That’s a great way of thinking about it 🤣 the smell was still there slightly this morning on my run! I was glad the wind was on my side blowing it the other way 🤢🤣
My side has been very sore again since my last run last week so I’ve been using it as an excuse not to run in the heat. Need to get out soon though but also need side to get better it keeps coming and going and coming back again.
That’s strange I’ve had sore ribs for some reason 🤷🏻♀️ fine when I’m running just later they feel sore! Think it’s a bit warm to run but then I feel irritated if I don’t go!
