I haven’t posted in awhile but I’ve been consistent with my jog since graduating from C25K. I have been one of those treadmill joggers :-). When I jog outside it has been at most a mile and with my dog. With gyms closed where I live, I had to do my ‘long’ run outside. I am super excited because I was able to jog a full 5k without stopping OUTSIDE!!!! That is a huge deal for me. I just had to tell someone about it. Be safe out there and remember to practice social distancing.
Some good comes from everything... bars and restaurants close, we survive... but gyms? How dare they? 🤣. Yeah, it sucks... but look at you go! 5k outdoors... that is a big deal... I have a gym membership (that I’ll continue paying while payments are suspended) but 5k on the dreadmill really isn’t a patch on 5k out there with nature. Huge congratulations.

How could they close the gyms?!?!?? Hahahahaha. I’m spoiled and actually like my gym. Now I have to grow to start liking outside. At least for the next month.

10k is way way way out of reach. I’m going to try and stick to 5k outside for a little bit. Try and get a little faster. Once I feel as if I’ve conquered that I may try a 10 k 😓
