Weeelllll, 5k in 47 minutes - but that is a minute faster than the other time I did that route. However, no hill, just some slopes, so parkrun will be a bit harder than that. Anyway, that's my fourth 5k, so I'm pretty pleased with it.

T-shirt's very comfy by the way.

That's just grand! I have the pink one, and also a fluorescent one that they did specially for me, and although I was very reluctant to wear it at first - 'cos I though people would take one look at me and laugh - I'm fine about it now!

Greenlegs you are looking good in your t shirt, I didnt realise there was such a thing and as I am doing the parkrun saturday for my graduation run I have ordered one to celebrate. I hope it makes me go faster as well

Hope I do too - getting nervous now, but my barcode is printed out and covered in sellotape... One copy stuck under the insole of my shoe, as a reserve, in case I forget to take it with me. Let's hope we all have fun.
