I am so proud of myself for completing week 1. Ive just done my 3rd “shuffle” (can’t run yet) lol 😂 after my 12 hour shift at work, now if that isnt determination then I don’t know what is.

Anyway hopefully my next run will be in daylight.

Hope everyone is keeping well 👍🏻

Yay! Well done! That is very impressive after a 12 hour shift as well. Slow and steady is the name of the game. Good luck for your next run and let us know how you get on 👍

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, especially after your 12 hours shift, onwards and upwards to week 2, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.

You've started so you have to finish. You are in great company with this forum Jd76 - I have just finished it - Run 1 seems a lifetime ago now . Well done - keep at it!

Well done you!!

Shuffle or not, you did it. How you move on will be so different from how you start. You'll find your style and rhythm. Your determination will see you through. Keep going because it only gets better.

Awesome job! You’ve got this!

Week one... that’s the one that has you doing all the cardio from the get go... it’s a tough week. You’ve beaten that now, which means you can beat this plan. Great job.

We like shuffling here. Shuffling is good! Congratulations on getting started 👏. Just keep putting your running shoes on and getting out the door. 👊

Good job JD shuffle is better than nothing, even if you do week one 3 times but improve each time, you’ll get there. Remember you’re still doing better than those sitting in the couch

Congratulations. Keep up the good work. I remember week 1. It was the hardest I think as you have so much self doubt. However after each week you will gain confidence. I am now running 30 mins and still pinching myself. This is my first post as a graduate. If I can do it so can you. Stay safe and keep running. 🏃‍♂️

Hey well done, keep going, it’s a great programme 👍

Keep it up, my one tip is as you move through the weeks if you feel that one week is hard repeat that week.

That’s a really good tip. Thankyou. I am 73 and used to run in my youth. I am doing this on my treadmill. I am not going forward until I feel I have managed each week well. On week three now

How have you been getting on, hope you have persevered nice and steady, would have replied earlier but have had setbacks of my own so been preoccupied with things.

Take care Pete.
