As if I did it! I can now run for 3 whole minutes ๐
Like many no doubt, I had a bit of a wobble yesterday with all the CV-19 gubbins but picked myself up this morning and gave myself a good talking to. We have tins in our cupboard plus I have dropped some food off at my dadโs and had a chat from afar! Feel much more positive and this C25K programme helps massively doesnโt it? I think perhaps Iโm getting the running bug ๐โโ๏ธ How is everyone else doing?
P.s. I was powered by The Decemberists and The Stone Roses. Morrissey did make a brief appearance but it was Vicar in a Tutu so I will let him off.

Well done on reaching a milestone. Each one is important, however small it may seem. As each ones comes trust in yourself as the plan has got you ready.
Aaw thank you. And well done. Personally I found Week 1 the toughest and actually did 5 runs before I moved on to Week 2. My biggest tip would be to go slow. Really slow x
It's good to be a runner especially at this time of worry and changes Cobble runner, that playlist is still a worry but the runnings going brilliantly keep it going ๐๐
