Week 3 run 1!

I did it!!! Ok it was kinda hard but I think my problem was that I didn't pace myself and by the last run I was going at a snails pace! I almost I say almost stopped in the last run and thought to myself no don't stop you can do the last 4o odd seconds left.

I am so hot and sweaty but that just means I pushed myself. Wahoo!!!!

Yes, hot and sweaty is good. If you can get yourself a face like a beetroot, that's even better. :-) Well done for being persistent. Feels good, I see.

Oh yes my face was like a beetroot! I can't help it but every time I do any exercises my face ends up beetroot red! I need to sort my pace out though.

I think maybe mine does too. Every now and then I see this magnificently glowing purple face in front of me, and realise it's the double of mine who lives in the mirror. Quite sweaty, that bloke, too.
