Hi, all just wanted to update with a major achievement of mine! I started C25K last year but because of illness, weather and general malaise I have not completed it yet.
This week I did the 3rd run of week 5, I was surprised to see it was 20 mins of running! At first I thought there is no way I can do that! Last year there is no way I could do it. But yesterday I was determined and I did it! I am thinking I can do this now! My aim is to do a park run in the summer. Not bad for a 50 year old!
