I realy wasnt feeling it today. As I sharted Laura said try changing your route, I thought why not! So instead of running a figure of eight around the village I ran the big block. It felt harder than my usual route and my warm down was longer to get home but I'm so happy, I only went and did 5k in 45mins! Never would have believed I could do this when I started! Happy running Peeps!

Well done Teener2 👍 nice to know the young runners find it just as hard as us over 50’s. Week 8 is a real challenge for me, I’m having a go at W8R1 again tomorrow fingers crossed I’ll get that one under my belt this time 🤞
