Well just back after my first 28mins run of week 8 and i was so close to getting to 5k of running.
I walked yesterday and recorded the distance of my 5min warm up and 5min cool down walks. I rounded up and over estimated it to be 0.7miles.
So i know when i get a total distance covered of 3.8miles i have done my first 5k.
My total distance this morning was 3.69miles so i ran 3miles in 28mins.
So close to a 5k.
Anyways that was the hardest run for me yet. First 8mins i didnt like. Lol
