As I celebrated the end of 2018 and the start of 2019 it never entered my mind that before the year was over I would be running and even more so loving running....
Tonight I took on the route I did for W5R3 with the hill.... difference tonight I planned a route that would take me up it twice and I totally beat it!
Thank you to everyone here for telling your stories and sharing your experiences, these kept me going and kept me smiling.
Happy days

Congratulations!!!! I know what you mean, I didn't expect to actually like running when I started... But here we are! Enjoy the feeling and keep going!

Thank you The time you give to this forum and everyone here seeking support and advice is greatly appreciated.
Personally I think I have read all of your posts (that sounds very stalkerish) but you give such great guidance for people like me who are just starting out.
Very well done getting to the end of C25K and now looking forward to the rest of your running journey. This programme seems to turn so many people into runners (me included) who previously hadn’t even considered running before. What an achievement!
Well done you! And I never thought I'd make it even halfway through the programme yet here I am, an actual runner, and loving it! Who knew this would happen to me in my 40th year?! They do say life begins here after all! 👍🏃♀️😃
