Done it tonight ran 20mins non-stop!!! Not much point to this point but just wanted to share! From doing w1r1 and coming home out of puff and thinking never be able to run for 5 mins never mind 20mins this is a massive achievement for me. This forum is fab and really has helped me along the way. Thank you
W5r3 completed!!! : Done it tonight ran 20mins... - Couch to 5K
W5r3 completed!!!
Congratulations
Very well done! You've worked hard to this point and if you keep going you will run for 30 mins regularly very soon. Not an 'if' but a 'when!'
Love that not a if but a when! Amazing support thank you
I can't wait to read your graduation post. The beauty of this programme is that it works if you work at it. No glitz or glamour but true results. You'll get running 30 mins 3x a week and then you'll have decisions to make after. Do you go Bridge to 10k or carry on where you are? But you WILL reach a point where at times it becomes comfortable and you really enjoy it. Step by step. Stretch every day and rest on those rest days then it's only a matter of time.
I can't wait to write it!! Thanks again for the support
Congratulations to you Nolslynch on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
Well done you. It's very rewarding isn t it? I couldn't even complete all the runs on W1r1 but, like you, did the 20 minutes yesterday π
I could barely walk after week 1, run 1. Amazing how easier it feels quite quickly.
Well done you! I've just started week 5 so have the 20 minute run to look forward to. Congrats, it must feel amazing ππ
Well done you! Itβs a great achievement. I managed it on Saturday, isnβt it just the best feeling?! I nearly cried π Well done π
That must feel awesome, well done.
I did w2r1 on Monday & that was a struggle, can't imagine getting to where you are!
Well done Nolslynch. It is a great feeling and this forum is brilliant for encouraging runners. W6 on your doorstep πͺ, nice and slow, step by step π

Well done you! A very happy post - you deserve your success!
Brilliant job, well done!! It's not easy and sharing definitely brings the help and encouragement you need to carry on. Keep going.. you'll be completing W9 before you know it!
Well done you, a brilliant achievement. I definitely shed a few tears when I ran 20 minutes for the first time!!! Onward and upward, you will be running 30 minutes before you know it!
