As it’s so warm I gave up my bank holiday lie in to go running as I was eager to do this run. Can’t quite believe I made the 20mins. My first 5 mins were really hard then I managed to get in a bit of a rhythm and then the last few mins started to get hard but I felt so pleased completing it.
On to week 6 and I’ve seen some posts saying it’s quite difficult so any advice would be very welcome.😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, just take all the runs slowly and you should be OK.
Fantastic! This is the best run of the programme in my view! Enjoy that buzz, 20 mins is a real turning point.
W6; just try not to let w5r3 make you feel like you've "made it". Approach in the same way you've always done, taking it steady and not pushing too hard, you'll be ok 👍🏻😁
