So impressed with myself 😂

Genuinely never thought I’d see the day I ‘ran’ for 20mins without stopping. Also never thought I’d be looking forward to my next run.

Totally feel justified in eating as much chocolate as I want tomorrow!

Happy weekend everyone

Happy Easter and you can eat as much chocolate and as many Easter Eggs as you wish to celebrate your wonderful achievement on running run 3 of week 5, which is a milestone run with C25K, so give yourself a extra day off running and on Tuesday run, run 1 of week 6, be careful about that run as it has catched a few people out with interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾.

Congratulations! I managed to do this run today too, after delaying me doing it yesterday. I’d been dreading it but once I started it was fine.

First 5 mins were the hardest mentally but I hit back by just telling myself if I stopped I’d have to start this run over again instead of getting it over with for a week 🤣

Fell great about it and bet you do too! ♥️♥️

Congratulations to you too. I found the first 5 minutes the hardest also but reminded myself I’ve managed every other stage and I could manage this as well. Definitely feel great about it 🤩

Well done. Thats the first real run done. Enjoy the moment.

As already commeted. Many of us find the W6R 1&2 a little harder as they go back to having walking breaks.

Meanwhile enjoy!!

Happy Easter, and CONGRATULATIONS on getting the horrible-looking-one ticked off. See, it wasn't that bad, was it?! Enjoy your choc and take a well-deserved rest before W6 - and please, go slowly on that or it may catch you out.
