Happy Easter and you can eat as much chocolate and as many Easter Eggs as you wish to celebrate your wonderful achievement on running run 3 of week 5, which is a milestone run with C25K, so give yourself a extra day off running and on Tuesday run, run 1 of week 6, be careful about that run as it has catched a few people out with interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐๐พ.
Congratulations! I managed to do this run today too, after delaying me doing it yesterday. Iโd been dreading it but once I started it was fine.
First 5 mins were the hardest mentally but I hit back by just telling myself if I stopped Iโd have to start this run over again instead of getting it over with for a week ๐คฃ
Fell great about it and bet you do too! โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
Congratulations to you too. I found the first 5 minutes the hardest also but reminded myself Iโve managed every other stage and I could manage this as well. Definitely feel great about it ๐คฉ
Happy Easter, and CONGRATULATIONS on getting the horrible-looking-one ticked off. See, it wasn't that bad, was it?! Enjoy your choc and take a well-deserved rest before W6 - and please, go slowly on that or it may catch you out.
