Well 20mins running in the rain does wonders for you. Never thought I could do it but I did. Nearly put off by the lovely British weather but didn't let it get the better of me. Have a great day everyone. I CAN RUN !!!!

Well done you. I have been lucky with the weather so far! Hope i have the same resolve when i wake up to heavy rain, (don't think I will have long to find out looking at the weather forecast today!)
