Completed W2R1 on the way to a friend’s boat. Stopped for a chat, then ran 2km home. Lovely day. No biting wind today 🌤

Hi Baddie, nice to see you around, have you restarted then? Hope all is well with you. I'm back on the IC after a false start🙄

Sorry to hear that. Hope you’re recovered soon, and that the couch is comfy in the meantime. Yes, needed some structure, so decided to use C25K again. Good way to get back to a decent level of fitness and hopefully it will keep me focussed foe at least 9 weeks.

It's a good idea, particularly after a winter with lockdown. Yuck! I'm some way off from running, but I'm getting out and walking, which is so nice now with hedges blossoming around me.

Well done. Another run ticked off. It was snowing here this morning but the roads look clear so we should be heading to the Middlewood Way soon

Yes I put that in just in case newbies think they can run 2k after they have done W2 R1. 😂😂

Thank you, well highlighted. Amazing how much fitness you retain when you’ve been as lazy as I have for a year!

Well done, Baddie! 🙌❤️❤️😊A great restart!

I love knowing that, however unfit we get, we have a guaranteed structured way that we know works to get us fit again!

After a load of health issues stopped me doing much, I started C25k again during the 1st lockdown, and loved knowing it would work!

I’ve run 5ks 3 times a week on and off (around various health issues) since then, and recently finished Juju’s magic 10 plan to get back to 10ks again. (I loved knowing that would work too!)

We just have to turn up and follow the plans...

Keep going, you’ll get back there! 🏃‍♀️😊❤️⭐️

Well done for your return. It is frustrating being let down by our bodies, but nothing can be done about it except live with it.

Great idea Baddie. Always good to have a bit of structure when you feel the mojo disappearing. 👍👍
