Well it took 5 runs over 12 days to get through wk1 but I've just done W2R1 and I feel great,still hurts and there's a long way to go but I'm determined to be posting on here some time in the next few months that I've joined all you runners out there and morphed from being a shuffler....

My feet hurt very stiff like the night after im running in skechers. Calfs seem ok front of thighs sore. no pain no gain so they say
