20 mins running ... I can't quite believe it

Week 5 run 3 was HARD. My pace ended up being very slow but I got there.

I hadn't done anything since Saturday so I think that made it a bit harder.

Roll on week 6

Good job. Pace doesn't matter too much at this stage, just gotta keep going :)

Well done 😊 👏

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go.

Good luck with week 6 ☺ 🏃 👍

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done😊. Slow is fine, you are developing stamina first before speed. Keep going and keep enjoying!

I tackled week 5 run 3 yesterday too and found it tough as well, glad I’m not the only one. It felt like more of a stagger than a jog! and because I’m on a treadmill I spent the day doing myself down because it’s completely flat and I still found it really hard. But feeling better about it now, especially when I googled the km reading in miles, never would’ve thought I could stagger that far! 😊

I'm on a treadmill too. Easier to control pace that way

The main thing is that you did it!!! Give yourself some credit for all the hard work that got you to this point. Well done!

Well done, you did it!! I’m attempting W5R3 tomorrow 😬

Well done, I’m doing week 5 run 2 tomorrow. It’s kinda exciting and daunting all at the same time. Keep running 🏃‍♀️
