Just finished my third practice at this run😂 I did much better this time and it is really fun! Next attempt Thursday!! I am definitely getting quicker looking at the splits on my Garmin. In case you are confused I am lightly jogging the walking bits and running the jogging bits! I might never get all the way through to week 9, but it is a lot of fun.

Hi Maztink - well done, and thanks to you for this idea. I am finding it fun, too, and my husband has joined in this time round. We have just done w1r2 and now I am having conversations with him about 'why is a second run harder' etc. 😀. I have also found an EVEN slower gear for what used to be the walking intervals than I have EVER found before which is actually soothing to do. I never thought any form of exercise could be soothing. Someone elsewhere on the forum used the word 'joffling' but it's lighter than that, more 'jiggling'. I will follow your runs with interest. I also have doubts about reaching w9 again. 😏

Nice idea this, I have a month of consolidation coming up for the 5k or 30 minutes. But this is a great idea.
