Completed my first run of week 2 last night but OMG did I struggle. I kept going and managed to complete it somehow but my face was absolutely scarlet and I was sweating out of every orophis possible. On the plus side its the best nights sleep Ive had in ages

Well done and remember you can always slow down! :)

Slow it right down. 90 seconds is 90 seconds no matter if you are slowly jogging or sprinting. But slowly jogging will get you through.

Slow it down.

Enjoy the journey.

Well done! Perhaps you should slow down but if the aim is not to get a scarlet face, I must say that for me it has no impact: whether I run slow or fast, on a short run or on a long run, I still get scarlet (and I sweat too)! But more seriously, you should slow down so that you feel more comfortable (remember: you should be able to hold a conversation while running). Slow running is what makes your legs stronger. Enjoy yourself!

I agree with slowing down, but, last night I went for a 20 mins run after work and found it SO warm!! (Even in the uk!) :0 Slowing down will help though
