Argh! First run of Week 4. Running for 5 minutes seems a whole lot longer than 3! (Yes, I know, a whole 120 seconds more, but it feels so much more!!) Staying positive by thinking back to Week One when I found that really tough. Thank goodness for a bit of music to get me through!!
