Goodbye Week 4

It was a big leap on week 3 very much more demanding, but because of that a whole lot more rewarding and satisfying to complete it. Looking forward to week five. Yesterday and today I have worn my 32" waist jeans which got too tight in Sept last year. I am regaining access to my wardrobe and hope to dispense with the "emergency waist 34" trousers that I always felt depressed having to buy and wear.

Thanks to you both - bit of a group hug all around but the fact you can share personal pride in little achievements with others online means a lot

Wow, you are doing great. I know what you mean about the clothes. My clothes became too tight, also. I had bought some more comfortable clothes. Then something clicked in my mind that said I need to use that money to get healthier. Now I am down 19 lbs., and just one run ahead of you.

You are right to look forward to Week 5. It's one more step in increasing your fitness. Now all you have to do is get rid of those couch potato pants.
