Week 4 complete!

I am amazed to be able to announce that I have completed week 4! I am getting faster each time, for the last run, I went somewhere different, more like a trail which made me slower, but I still ran for the whole time I needed to. I'm a bit daunted by week 5. Any tips?

Amazing achievement well done.. Changing your route is a good idea it stops any boredom.. just be careful that the trail run isnt too difficult.. My new mantra is slow and steady... Its not the distance travelled but running for the alloted time...Probably the best tip i have been given is to make sure im hydrated especially on off days and you will get lots of more meaningful tips from more experienced graduates.... Enjoy your day...

Changing the route is a great idea, if your body gets used to the same route from doing it to often it might not be challenging enough and you might not progress as fast.

Good one!

Check this out and worry not.

Slow it down a tad at this stage, and begin to relax into the long runs that will be coming up... well done you!
