Most nights my 5 year old daughter gets 9 hours sleep. Is this ok?

Most recommend 10-11 hours sleep at that age, but all children are different. If she is functioning ok, generally happy and active, it’s probably fine. I always find going for a run helps both with worry and sleep. LOL
