Finished off the return to week 1 with a trek up the Bodg Incline to Tartancat Bridge. No idea where my leg muscles have gone over the summer, but very pleased to have completed the week in 7 days rather than the 63 it took first time around 😄

Lovely to hear you are visiting your old haunts.

Have you tried encouraging the mini Buttercup Kids to join you?

Not so mini - they’re both considerably taller than I am 😂 They’re both autistic and in residential placements now, not at home, so sadly we’ve never had the chance to go out running together. On the brighter side, that’s saved me an awful lot of humiliation 😉

Part of the answer is in that last bit I think... 7 instead of 63, that’s pretty awesome when you think about it! Nice job.

Thanks ! Every time I started thinking of how much worse it felt than 6 months ago, I reminded myself of how impossible it felt a year ago 😄 I’ve done it before, I will do it again. Teeth well gritted and trainers at the ready 😂

Very true! I’m on Week 7 of Ju-Ju’s magic plan n did 2.76 miles in 55 minutes last weekend 😃
