I’m 60 and definitely in the obese category. I’m pushing on through week 7 and surprising myself with every run! I’m not any lighter but I have lost inches and gained fitness and confidence. Come and join us 👍😃

This is the best thing out there for us "50+ tubby ladies" 😊 Just Do it. Do it. Do it. Trust the programme! It works, this is the 2nd time I've done C25k and all going well I am planning to graduate at the end of this week! It's hard, but you won't regret it 😊

I’m mid fifties and definitely more of a ball than a stick but I’m on week 8 and although it’s challenging I’m doing it. You’ll be fine just remember slow and steady.
