Hi, I have just turned 70 and after having bowel cancer 6 years ago and survived I am getting a paunch. So I have to do something about it and being a choccy lover it's not going to be easy, but I have to start somewhere so gonna start the program tomorrow and.

Good luck! I had bowel cancer 14 years ago. Constantly trying to lose my tummy that will never be the same again after op. But we're alive!

Good luck. No excuses mind you. Go slow and you’ll do it. (From a fellow chocolate lover).

Loads of us more seasoned runners on here ( I am 68...) and this may be one of the best things you have ever done:)

Take it gently.. listen to your body and make sure you take the rest days:) Keep posting for great advice and support:)

Choccy is overrated.. I don't like it... now cheese??? That is quite different:)
