Wow. Never thought I'd get this far and still be really enjoying it but I am!! Not only that - I look forward to my runs each time.

A little apprehensive about Thursday's run - 25mins gulp...... but I do have faith in the programme and have been surprised that I have managed everything asked of me so far .......... so I am going to try and not overthink things too much beforehand and go into it with an open mind and see what happens! Wish me luck!!

I do wish you luck for Thursdays run, if you are on week 5, the run is 20 minutes, not 25, run 3 of week 6 is 25 minutes.

I was really concerned a week ago about Week 5, but having done Run 3 today, it was fine. The last 4 weeks have prepared your body, so go for it and enjoy it. 😊

Thanks for your support - it really helps!

I'll make sure I get plenty of water onboard between now and then and will bear in mind I can always slow my pace down....as long as I keep going doesn't matter how slowly eh?!

You are right to have faith in the programme 55Milly, and have faith in yourself too.

Great advice above from others.

You’ll be absolutely fine, you can do it 👍
