Do you mean that you went out twice today?

Please be careful, when you run, unlike other non impact exercise, the impact creates microtears in your muscles, which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. Without rest, repair and strengthening are compromised and injury risk increased.

Only do one session per day and always have a rest day between sessions.
