I was a little late this morning and I just ran up the stairs (3 floors) in work and my breathing remained the same. I used to be out of breath just walking up them.

Mini-victory.

Now the Health and Safety manager is calling me - I wonder why.

I did the program with a friend at work and remember the day we both stopped and laughed having realised that we had carried on our converstion while walking up the stairs without thinking. Before it had been stairs OR talk, never having the breath to do both at the same time! It's a great feeling. Just remember to lift those knees running up the stairs and hold the handrail walking down ;)
