A rest day between every run is essential. :)

Well done. It's the digging deep that's the key. I still find the first ten minutes of a run harder work, but once I get past that I tend to settle into it and get in the zone. So I reckon if you can dig deep to get to the 10minute mark, the rest will follow.

Enjoy your rest days. Maybe fit in some strength and core work if you can. Then all the best for next week's runs. πŸ€“

Anticipation and not apprehension.

Well done and keep it slow and steady! Never miss a rest day, but don't forget to add in the extra exercise needed for strength and stamina on those days too:)

well done you, honestly it won't be a problem next time out. slow and sure and steady like a snail, will get it done
