So done the 1st run, couldn't do all of it but managed half of it, doing more after work . Think days off will be easier

The days off are certainly easier, but don't come with the same highs as the running days.

It’s certainly tough in the beginning you have to learn to go very slow to be able to complete the runs but stick with it and one day you will be able to think oh i’ll go a bit faster or i’ll just run another kilometre and it becomes amazing to be able to do it and the dog will enjoy it so much
