A quick 3 miles this evening, quite amazing to think back only a short 7 months and running a minute left me a gasping sweaty mess

So any newbies reading this please take heart as it does become easier and more enjoyable

Suppose I should add it can also be a little addictive

got to be done

So the question has to be asked did the quickness of the 3 miles have anything to do with the running shorts?

No is the simple answer, saving those for when there's a slight improvement in the weather and or I get the chance for a daylight run

Fair enough we will have to wait for the glorious carrot pic later in the year!
