My first run today went well.. I havnt been exercising as much as i would do due to issues with my back also I have multiple sclerosis and its been a rough couple years. I love my allotments and walking my dogs! So gt exercise there. Time to rebuild my stamina and get rid of these bat wings and wobbly belly. I have to pace myself as my illness is unpredictable. Also love my motorbike but havnt been out on it lately. Time to rebuild my confidence and self worth up and not give up on myself. Glad to join this community !!

Welcome aboard TATS_67 . Stick with the programme and be sure to post here after each run. The support I had when starting out and throughout my journey was unbelievable. If you have the will, we will all help you find the way. You can do this!

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Welcome, you’ll find loads of support on here, it’s a really friendly forum.

And although it’s a running group, really have to ask the question of what bike do you ride 👍

Welcome aboard. Love the snake! I could run for 30 seconds when I first started 6 weeks now. Now I’ve completed a 20 minute run and I’m about to do my first 25 minute run on Thursday. This app will change your life for the better.

I am taking it very slowly and have repeated weeks 1 and 2 as I have suffered from arthritis in my knees for nearly 18 years. But I am fed up with being restricted by a condition and want to get stronger and fitter. So well done for getting beyond the diagnosis and doing this for yourself. It can only be a good thing to be as fit as possible 🙂
