W6R2 tolerable and done

Slowing down at the start made this run better than last week. 2nd time I’ve been light headed during the post run stretches. Doc said my left leg is short. Have been running program with insert. Just discovered my right leg could swing free while standing on left. Took out insert. My stride was so off, I felt I was running in clown shoes. It’ll take time to adjust. Onwards.
