W1R2 completed in grotty weather

I know it’s early days, but feeling rather chuffed with each baby step I take.

I used Nike Run Club app, as well as the C25K app. A bit distracting at first, but I thought it wise to start tracking now. So if I ever have an off day in future, I can see how far I’ve come.

Well done 😊

Each little step leads to bigger strides (metaphorically obviously! 😁)

Good luck with the last run of week 1 🏃 👍

And so you should be chuffed! Well done. Baby steps is the only way to build up fitness and stamina safely, and you will be surprised at how far those baby steps will take you. 🏃‍♀️

I used Strava alongside the C25K app, as it was rewarding to see how far I had managed to run ... and in time to see that distance gently increase. 😁👍
