Yay! So glad to see you up and running again! That looks like a beautiful route, I am very jealous. It was super cold today, wasn't it? I am still on the IC, but went for a brisk 5k walk in the woods this morning to see how my hamstring took it - it is definitely on the mend, so I am getting excited about starting C25K again soon.
Photo is from the walk, but as I just discovered this route I'll try running there on less muddy times. To get there I was barely walking through the mud and water, my boots and trousers look like I attended extreme mud runner event
