I’m about to attempt the 25 minute run in week 6 and am genuinely scared as I have just about managed to get this far and am worried I won’t cope with this. Here goes! 😬

You can do it - Get some great tunes in your ears, maybe a new playlist for the new, longer run and breathe steady. I feared it too but keep positive.
