Nervous about tomorrow

Ive got W6R3 early tomorrow morning, it's 9.45 and I'm already in bed. I ran 20 minutes non stop last Friday and felt good at the end so why am I laying here worrying about having to run for another 5 minutes tomorrow and then another 3 times next week! It's only another 1 and a bit songs on my playlist, it's only the length of my warm up walk! 6 weeks ago I struggled running for a minute, the training works I've proved that.

Your going to smash it hatter don’t worry! I have to say I’m the same thinking about my next run but once you start and get into your stride you’ll easily get to the end. Can’t wait for you to post tomorrow saying how well you’ve done. Good luck my virtual running buddy 🏃‍♂️

It’s only because your enjoying the running and want to keep getting better. It’s just a new challenge even tho it’s small it’s still an extra challenge, but you’ll be great

You can’t be nervous unless you care... those nerves mean to me that you have got this more than you even know. Relax, sleep, put a longer song in your playlist! You were 20 times tougher last week than on day one, tomorrow only asks for 1.25 times... kick its ass.

Wtf was I worrying about! set off about 6.45 decided last night to do a 10 minutes warm up walk which I think was a great idea. First 5 took it steady, calves a little bit tight but that wore off and then gradually increased my pace. I did 3.7k in the 25 minutes and really felt fine and I believe I could of run more but not wishing to invoke the wrath of Laura I didnt! Not running again till Monday so if I'm on here on Sunday night saying I'm worried and can't run 3x 25 minutes next please feel free to remind me of this post.
