Sorry about your ill health, however, as you have only been off running for just over a week, you can continue with run 2 of week 9, good luck for that and also your graduation run 🏃 😊

Thanks everyone you were right I did manage very nearly gave up but when Sarah said only 10 minutes to go I got more determined. This Tuesday I will graduate!!
