Just done W5R3 - very proud of myself. It's the second time around for me; I completed C25K a while back and went on to doing regular (very slow!) Parkruns but then I injured my foot and I let life (and the sofa) get in the way.
So; older, fatter, wiser (?) I have started again and I am here to report that even with the extra weight it's nowhere near as hard this time around because I know I can do this.
Thanks for the support and the listening ear, guys.
Love to all,
Lil x

I had to redo C25K at the end of last year after four to five months off with a metatarsal stress fracture - I completely agree with you, it was much easier than first time around (apart from the worry that my foot would go again!). Good luck with the rest of the program, well done for coming back 😍
