I haven’t run for around 5 years and had two new hips in that time. A 20 min continuous run will be a real landmark.

It's not daunting Teemack, as long as you have been following the program you will complete run 3 of week 5 without any problems whatsoever, just take it slow and steady 🏃 😊.
I hope your two new hips have helped you with your running on C25K.

Yes, it's a landmark, but I have to agree with the others that I didn't find it particularly difficult physically. It was more about self-belief than anything else. All the very best with it.
That is a real milestone! I’m almost looking forward to Week 6 now. 5k feels like a long way off when you’re running 8 mins at a time, but from 20 mins, it’s within touching distance.
