Hello there lovely running community! I have today finished Week 4 so I am broadly on track. Went to GP to have BP check on Friday (it was higher than usual a couple of weeks ago which is what finally kicked me off the sofa) and it's a lot better!
Went out this morning braving the tail of Storm Dennis - a bit breezy in Llandudno but fine really. On the train back to London now; we'll see how I manage to fit 2 runs around work.
