Well done! I finished W4 today also and surprised with my progress. At the end of the 1st run if this week I was so close to giving up before the end but then R3 was so much easier. Good luck with week 5!

I'm getting ready to start wk5 too. Scheduling difficulties make me wonder if I should do wk4,3 again and start wk5 on Monday. OR is that an excuse?
