Been dreading this to be honest. Not going to pretend it was easy, but everything everyone says is true. You're ready for it and you can do it! The feeling when you've got through the twenty minutes is fantastic. I'm so chuffed and definitely spurred on to finish the last three weeks. Good luck anyone going into week five. You will be fine!!

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. π ππΎ
