Crikey- just run for 20 minutes, never thought I do be doing that 5 weeks ago. I’ve followed the fab advice you lovely folk have been kind enough to give. I went slow, trusted the process etc. So thank you to all of your good advice. And thank you Laura for keeping me going!!!

Brilliant! There's nothing to beat that feeling of achievement at clicking up another week, is there.

Careful about the next one, pace it nice and slow, it's surprisingly tricky.

Happy running!! 😊

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Yes Laura keeps you going and is good company and coach when doing your runs.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, however, Laura will make sure that you will complete it, take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 particularly slowy because of those walks and runs. 🏃🏾
