Relieved to have completed this one - have been dreading week 5 with the big jumps each run and was kinda expecting this one to be awful. It wasn't easy (especially as the first few mins I felt pretty tired) but happy to have done it and felt like a good pace. Crazy slow compared to every other runner in my neighbourhood seemingly, but still way better than me sat on my bum watching telly.
Need to try to get back to making sure I schedule in runs as I have only managed 2 in the last 7 days 😬
Any tips for W5R3 and how to know if you're running too slow?

If you’re running (ie have both feet off the ground at one point) then you’re fine. There isn’t a too slow, there’s definitely a too fast but you can’t run too slow.
I am also a slowcoach, I just make out I’m at the end of a 10k if a see a non runner, no one knows and I don’t particularly care either (think it’s my age). Experienced runners understand that slow isn’t bad, plus they started out too so I just do my usual newbie look and smile
My tip for R3.....prepare to grin like Cheshire Cat afterwards Enjoy 😊
There is no such thing as running too slow! The slower the better, as long as both your feet are off the ground at the same time, even for a milli micro split second, it is called running. If you did the last run you have already run 20 minutes anyway, so the next one is no more than you have already done. When you feel like stopping, just slow down and you will find your perfect easy pace.
